Online banking enables you to perform bank transactions, such as payments and transfers, online. You can also manage your accounts, monitor cash flow, and generate reports for various online banking components.
The main online banking interface consists of two menu bars, each providing access to various functions.
You can access help and log out using the top right-hand menu bar. If you have a designated primary administrator, this menu bar also displays the Contact My Admin link. To send a message to your primary administrator, click Contact My Admin; a secondary window displays where you enter your subject and message.
You can access the following features from the main banking toolbar:
Home:
Alerts – view current alerts and modify preferences.
Messages – access the Message Center, where you can view and send messages.
User Profile – update personal information and change your password and password information.
Preferences – set preferences concerning content, alerts, system time-out, session activity time, and searches.
Account Management:
Account History – view account histories and summaries, and export account data for use with other applications.
Consolidated Balance – view consolidated balance summaries for all accounts.
Account Balance – view account balance summaries for all accounts.
Transaction Search – set a range of criteria to search for transactions.
File Upload – upload electronic records from a variety of outside applications.
Cash Management:
Cash Flow – view a cash flow summary of an account's daily activity.
Positive Pay – view and make decisions on questionable checks written against your accounts.
Controlled Disbursement – view information about disbursements made against accounts, and transfer funds to cover these disbursements over a period of time.
Lockbox – view a list of lockboxes.
Payments and Transfers:
Transfers – transfer funds between accounts and view summaries for transfers that are pending, complete, or awaiting approval.
Wires – issue immediate, future-dated, or recurring Wire transfers.
ACH – make Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payments.
Child Support – manage child support payments.
Tax – manage tax payments.
Bill Pay – create new payments and view summaries for bills paid, pending, or submitted for approval.
Stops – submit new stop payment requests and view a summary of past and current stop payment requests.
Cash Concentration – deposit funds to a centralized company account, or disburse funds to branch office bank accounts.
Admin:
Summary – view which business areas you can administer.
Company – view and edit the company profile.
Divisions – view the divisions defined for your company.
Groups – view the groups defined for your company.
Users – view the individual company employees who use the application.
Audit Reports – generate reports on various types of user and system activities.
Approvals:
Approval Workflows – view or edit approval limits.
Approval Groups – view or edit approval groups.
Pending Approvals – view transactions awaiting approval.
Reporting:
Account Management – generate standard reports to analyze specific types of transactions for specific accounts.
Cash Management – generate various types of cash flow, lockbox, and positive pay reports.
Payments and Transfers – generate various types of transfer, wire, ACH, child support, tax, cash concentration, file upload, and bill pay reports.
Audit – generate reports on various types of user and system activities.
